WHERE TO REGISTER ONSITE DURING THE CONFERENCE
When you enter the facility, please follow signs for the registration location and parking. Once you register, you will receive your conference name tag, program, special event information and other conference materials.

If flying to the conference, two major airports serve the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) - 55 miles and Dallas Love Field (DAL) - 50 miles.  It is recommended that you look at both airports for the best rate when scheduling air travel.

DRESS CODE
Comfortable and casual (Be prepared for walking between buildings and to and from lodging facilities, remember that the weather here can be unpredictable. Come prepared for the unexpected.)

CONFERENCE LODGING AND MEALS
Participants will enjoy each night in a comfortable cabins. All cabins feature air conditioning and heat. Cabins are within comfortable walking distance to conference facilities, meeting rooms and activities. Cabin selection will be made when you check-in at the conference site. Linens/towels provided for all. Fee includes conference, materials, two nights lodging and 6 meals. (offsite option does not include lodging!)

EXHIBIT HALL!
Open Thursday 12:00am to 7:00pm. Plan to spend time and program dollars in the Exhibit Hall not only for the excellent daily door prizes but also to visit with the sponsors who are in attendance. Because of their support, we are able to keep costs for this conference affordable for you.
