LODGING & MEALS

SWCC participants will enjoy each night in a comfortable cabins. All cabins feature air conditioning and heat. Cabins are within comfortable walking distance to conference facilities, meeting rooms and activities. Cabin selection will be made when you check-in at the conference site. Linens/towels provided for all. Fee includes conference, materials, two nights lodging and 6 meals. (offsite option does not include lodging!)

DORM CABINS - $160.00
The most economical solution. The dorm cabins will be have a maximum of 14 people in each cabin sleeping in bunk style beds.

SHARED CABINS - $220.00
Shared housing offers participants the option of having fewer people in each cabin. Participants will have a maximum of 6 people in each cabin.

SEMI-PRIVATE CABINS - $260.00
**LIMITED AVAILABILITY**
These special designed cabins offer a participants the option of a private room (double occupancy) for the conference. Only 8 rooms (16 beds) available so you must reserve quickly to take advantage of this option.

OFFSITE LODGING - $140.00
