VOLUNTEER

Here is your chance to volunteer to help. Whether you would like to work as a volunteer to help reduce your registration fee or simply to make a contribution, you can help make this an amazing event. We seek volunteers willing to commit now and will also welcome those who wait until they arrive on site. Those who commit now are eligible for special pricing. (see below). Should you wish to volunteer on site, you may check opportunities at the Registration Desk.

THE PROCESS To receive special volunteer pricing:

1. complete application before Dec. 15th (www.acatexoma.org/swcc/reg_volunteer.htm).

2. Make full payment (sent to you once application has been processed and approved).

DISCOUNT RATE POSITIONS STILL AVAILABLE as of 10/28/07

• Registration Desk (4 Needed) Contribution 6 Hours Total
  Volunteers will man Registration Desk in 2 Hour shifts. Responsible to check in registered attendees, provide information and manage onsite registration details.

• Session Room Host (7 Needed) Contribution 5 Sessions Total
  Room Set-up & Intro Speakers - introduce speaker, attend to speaker needs (copies, etc), straighten room after class, empty trash, general clean-up room ready for next session. The best part is you select from session you want to attend! Need to be comfortable with Audio Visual equipment.

• Virtual Tour Attendant - (3 Needed) Contribution 4 Hours Total
  Virtual Tour Attendants will work in one shift Thursday. Responsible to set up tour kiosk, serve as facilitator, ensure protection of equipment and information and then to break down kiosk.
