The ACA, Texoma EPIC (Emerging Professionals in Camping) Committee, invites those new to professional camping, or those looking to join the profession, to attend this retreat designed uniquely for you! The ACA, Texoma EPIC (Emerging Professionals in Camping) Committee invites those new to professional camping, or those looking to join the profession, to attend this retreat designed uniquely for you!

Sessions will focus on program best practices, common camp struggles, recruiting campers and staff, and more. Most importantly, the retreat will provide opportunities to meet and have fun with other emerging camping professionals!

Registration will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Monday November 2nd and the conference will conclude with lunch “on-the-go” at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday November 3rd. The cost to attend is $25. All meals will be provided. Please plan to bring linens. register...
